Work with IT programmers to provide information on banking processes and compliance matters to incorporate within new system. Developed and implemented new process for processing capital calls, distributions, and voluntary pay downs, leading to increased and ongoing accuracy. Introduced strategic daily meeting for the closing lending team, leading to improved on-time work completion and reduced overall stress for the team. Created manuals for standardizing processes to counteract errors (no prior system in place), creating a framework for improved efficiency and productivity.
