Third-year BA LLB (Hons.) student at National Law University, Shimla with practical exposure across district and high court litigation, legal drafting, and research-intensive work. My internships have involved drafting pleadings and notices, preparing written submissions, analysing FIRs, maintaining case files, and observing arguments in civil and criminal matters, which has strengthened my understanding of procedural and substantive law.I’m currently representing HPNLU at the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where I work on CISG interpretation, arbitral procedure, and structured argumentation in international commercial disputes.My academic and professional interests include arbitration, criminal law, constitutional law, international law, and rights-based frameworks. I have contributed to research at the Centre for Human Rights and Disability Studies and supported community-focused legal assistance through the Legal Aid Clinic. I enjoy precise drafting, legal research, and breaking down complex problems into clear, persuasive arguments. My work reflects consistency, discipline, and a steadily growing command over litigation and dispute resolution.I’m keen on engaging with practitioners, academics, and fellow researchers interested in arbitration, commercial law, and evolving dispute resolution frameworks.
