As a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, I have extensive experience in managing and optimizing backup systems, including Veeam, Semantic Backup Exec, and Azure Backup, to ensure comprehensive coverage across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. My efforts in disaster recovery planning and testing have significantly improved both Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO). I also developed PowerShell and Python scripts to automate backup tasks, which has greatly improved operational efficiency and reduced manual intervention.One of my most notable achievements was working migration of our on-premise backup solution to a cloud-based system (AWS Backup, Azure Backup), ensuring scalability and enhanced security for large-scale data storage. I also spearheaded the creation of a real-time backup monitoring dashboard, which proactively detects and reports issues to improve system reliability.In my previous role, I designed and developed responsive web pages using HTML and CSS on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, tailoring solutions to client needs and enhancing user experiences. My work includes creating modern, intuitive interfaces that optimize cross-browser compatibility and performance. I also collaborate with teams to ensure that SharePoint sites align with business objectives and maintain consistent branding and design standards.
