ABOUT SALONI DOGRA
I am a RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated towards creating safe, supportive, and affirming spaces for individuals, with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing me to draw on a range of techniques and perspectives to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that helps individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. My work involves supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and various other intrapersonal and interpersonal difficulties. I have two years of experience working in hospital settings during my M.Phil. training, as well as six months of experience in a rehabilitation centre. Beyond the therapy room, my goal is to help create a more inclusive world where everyone has the right to live as their authentic selves.
