For over 13+ years, one question has shaped my journey in Learning & Development:How can learning truly transform people — their confidence, behaviour, and performance — not just inform them?My career began in the corporate world, where I led large-scale learning, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives across technology and healthcare organizations.
