   Use PRTS (Problem Resolution & Tracking System) and other tools to report, manage, track, and lead the analysis and resolution of battery module build-related issues leading up to, during, and through program launch - Effectively deal with ambiguity as issues arise and leverage strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to make critical decisions with minimal information, and provide and influence recommendations and risk mitigation strategies to plant, program, and executive leadership, and provide clear direction and action items to cross-functional teams - Regularly distill complex problems into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand presentations as an active participant in numerous cross-functional and leadership decision-making forums (PAPIR, CPIT, 4LS, 3LS, etc.)- Maintain strong technical knowledge of RESS components and work with IRT and cross-functional counterparts to actively seek, understand and read-across issues in other areas that could affect area of responsibility to mitigate safety, cost, and timing risks - Lead weekly IRT meeting forums to review issues and timing, and provide direction to drive prompt resolution
