   As Global Head of Communications at Equiturn Holdings, I served as the chief architect of corporate messaging, investor-facing narratives, and strategic positioning for our global network of subsidiaries across M&A advisory, capital markets, asset management, and sports finance. My role spans both regulated and non-regulated entities—including Zeno Citium (Investment Banking), MJ Toro (Capital Markets), and Equiturn Alpha (Asset Management)—where I lead end-to-end communications strategy, ensuring alignment across investor, media, and partner touchpoints.I’ve driven Equiturn’s multi-market brand expansion across the U.S, UAE, London, and Monaco, crafting localized messaging with institutional precision and regulatory alignment. I oversee all marketing and public relations initiatives for billion-dollar mandates, including cross-border capital raises, M&A transactions, fund launches, and joint ventures.I’ve authored and deployed investor-grade materials (pitch decks, PPMs, deal memos, fund briefs) for high-stakes meetings with private equity firms, family offices, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds. Internally, I’ve developed the firm\'s knowledge platform and communications playbook to train deal teams on transaction storytelling, pitch execution, and media discipline.
