Leading a Transformation program which is developing a new API for AML/KYC data provision, Decommissioning of existing API, Enhancement of existing internal data warehouse, onboarding of new AML/KYC data service provider and offboarding existing AML/KYC service provider. As part of the role I:• Organised and led process mapping workshops for the capturing of the As-Is and To-Be process and operational flows• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions• Conduct retrospectives and implement process improvements• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices• Manage CRAIDs and leadership progress reporting• Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.• Efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.• Lead cross-functional teams in development of new software platform, significantly enhancing product offerings.• Improved project outcomes by establishing clear communication channels between stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop comprehensive plans addressing all aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to closeout.• Oversaw successful completion of projects within allocated budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.Key Deliverables to date:• Compiled the Business Case, completed project initiation • Delivered As-Is and To-Be flows for customer and colleagues• Successfully onboarded new data provider • Successfully migrated AML/KYC system to new provider • Successfully led reqs (epics) gathering and User story creation• Completed API build project planning and agreed on sprints
