I am a Systems Engineer, focused on both Battery Pack Systems and Battery Management System engineering, across all product lifecycle stages, for the electric vehicle and industrial energy sectors. My career is defined by a rigorous commitment to bridge the gap between complex technical constraints and high-level business objectives. Currently serving as a Methods and Tools Engineer at American Battery Solutions (ABS), I orchestrate the design, development, and deployment of various tools (hardware and/or software), enabling the Service and Warranty team to increase field capabilities, reduce customer downtime, reduce or eliminate corporate costs, and foster a dynamic feedback system to corporate Quality, Production, and Engineering design departments. My leadership extends beyond technical definition, and daily activities are always conducted with cross-functional team alignment, customer satisfaction, supplier management, and safety first mindset. My background is built on a foundation of diverse, high-impact engineering, data analytics, and business intelligence challenges->Strategic Architecture: Played key-point for defining the 800V architecture, system requirement design and validation testing, and integration and applications lead for our largest customer->Root-cause failure determination: Acting lead in Task Force force, dedicating effort for 6 months in discovering and containing intermittent failure mode across battery pack fleet. Directed engineering teams, external labs in methodical analysis of material selection, software design, integration procedure, production controls plan, supplier build process, and material decomposition analysis to determine root cause and direct course of effective action to contain problem->Operational and Financial Acumen: Via deep experience in financial and scheduling of Ontario\'s Nuclear portfolio (OPG), I leveraged data analytics (PowerBI, VBA) to optimize >20 multimillion dollar projects, reducing unallocated costs by 15% through data-driven analytics and discovery->Innovative Problem Solving Leadership: From root-cause containment, 8D failure analysis, production testing issues to design constraint related problems, I am the point person and internal consultant of my team and my company to solve the most difficult and critical of problems.
