Strategized and supervised technical teams for asset management and protection work packages, including but not limited to maintenance, testing, installation, and commissioning of advanced numeric protection equipment on MV and LV network infrastructure such as VCBs and RMUs, using Sverker relay test unit 780 as well as Freja-300 for all kinds of numeric relays, i.e, MICOM, ABB, SIEMENS, FANOX, and G.E, thus ensuring the safety and protection of medium voltage substations.\\\\n\\\\n Excelled in services for requalification of complex microprocessor-based power electronic equipment, i.e, VFDs, soft starters, inverters, etc.\\\\n\\\\n Assisted management in developing new processes and policy documents for an efficient distribution system, along with reviewing and drafting existing policy and strategy documentation (utilizing my comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry standards).\\\\n\\\\n Developed and presented project reports, performance reports, and network designs.\\\\n\\\\n Collaborated with the Power Quality Analysis (PQA) team of Siemens Germany under the supervision of Dr. Christian Blug (Ph.D.) and Siemens Pakistan to conduct a PQA study (evaluated upon IEC using the Siemens ‘PQ Box 202 System’ for 30 industrial consumers.\\\\n\\\\n Analyzed and resolved complex problems of power quality (power factor discrepancies, frequency and voltage instability, DGU synchronization, earthing and grounding issues, voltage dips, abnormal sequence currents, and inrush current phenomena) for 50 industrial consumers and spearheaded all the negotiations with multiple stakeholders, delivering root cause analysis and proposals for innovative, efficient, coordinated, and economic network modifications (such as efficient device parameterization, protection strategies, and auxiliary control supply schemes), resulting in impressive customer satisfaction.\\\\n\\\\nMentored engineers and managers on the subject of the protection system and delivered numerous trainings as a \"master trainer\".\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
