About Salman Ilyas
I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the HVAC design of large and complex commercial buildings. I specialize in the design of sustainable healthcare facilities from concept design through construction while working closely with key project stakeholders from start to finish. I enjoy multi-disciplinary coordination and strongly believe it forms the foundation of a well designed building. I am passionate about the utilization of BIM and automation workflows to make our design processes more efficient while also improving the overall design quality.Some of the key healthcare clients I work with include Kaiser Permanente, Cedars Sinai, Loma Linda University and USC. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family. I am also an avid long distance runner always training for my next marathon!
