Working in close partnership with senior business heads in the Investment Bank, HRBPs and other stakeholders to manage comp throughout the employee life cycle • Responsible for data maintenance and reporting for the global IB Comp function o Creating bonus and salary pool models centrally for the Investment Bank o Working with various stakeholders such as Accounting and Finance for bonus pool accruals, salary run-rate projections etc. o Running point on any comp reviews for the Investment Bank globally, which requires very strong technical skills and coordination with multiple teams, usually under challenging timelines • Continuously reviewing and adapting comp approach in light of company strategy and external factors such as market competitiveness, while also ensuring alignment to regulations • Managing the annual salary and bonus review process. This includes modelling, bottoms up baseline exercises, budget allocations, individual salary/bonus recommendations, reporting, regulatory compliance checks, employee communication and final pay instructions • Working on annual market benchmarking reviews for salary and bonus • Working on other ad-hoc projects during the year, such as out of cycle salary reviews and retention packages • Partnering with the comp operations and systems team on the technical side, such as maintaining the comp system
