Planning Local and Import components for MOD transformation elevators for Pan India location• Executing and handling all EI manager from pan India for on time delivery of material for MOD transformation elevator.• Communicating and supporting pan India Field operation team for order fulfillment of MOD-transformation elevators components as per agreed Leadtime. • Releasing forecast as per rolling plan and PO placement as per production plan• Scheduling and PO Monitoring as per production plan adhering with EXW Dates• Releasing the purchase order on time for material requirement to the vendors as per the production plan• Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems • Working closely with application team and Sourcing team for timely resolution in queries from supplier for non std components• Resolving supplier grievances regarding payment with the help of sourcing and finance team• Taking follow up with cross functional teams and supplier ensuring correct delivery of parts as per scheduling at right time, right cost and right quality to end user• Working closely with FSB team to manage all spare parts planning for effective and to shorten order to dispatch Leadtime
