A skilled facilitator, trainer and coach I have extensive experience working across the globe and across sectors. Having facilitated large-scale workshops and coached leaders at various levels I am consciously curious about what makes people tick, which triggers unleash personal potential and high performance and which factors influence derailment behaviours. When working with clients my aim is to demonstrate ways of sustaining effective behavioural change whilst achieving ROI.I have worked with several major organisations to design and implement significant change, coaching and leadership programmes. As a qualified practitioner I administer, analyse and feedback on a range of psychometric instruments (see list below). These can be incorporated into specific programmes, coaching, bias related discussions, improving self-awareness or as a stand-alone intervention. I am certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) Occupational Testing Level A&B.My company Salma Mayer Consulting offers a range of workshops and approaches that we design bespoke to client needs.
