I am responsible for analyzing financial data for the company and establishing benchmarks for financial processes. I provide support to all the departments of the company by giving automated reports that will help them understand their pain points. I mostly support the project managers with new automated reports developed by me that give more visibility about projects and help management make strategic decisions. Some of these reports are project profitability, P&L by division, Resource Utilization, and committed cost. I have implemented new financial processes in the parent entity and the subsidiary in Mexico like budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX. I was part of the team that opened the subsidiary in Mexico. I am part of the ERP implementation system as well.
