Provide day-to-day support to our Advisors, RBCI partners and a 3rd Party Supplier as it relates to the administration of compensation payments to include adherence to Service Level Agreements, audits, service escalation, Process and Procedure documentation.•Act as liaison to 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers and internal RBCI partners to resolve complex service inquiries and provide training and support as needed.•Research and resolve escalated service issues related to compensation payments and advisor/client maintenance.•Manually calculate & process compensation adjustments required to support correction of payments, escalations, non-standard agreements and government regulated payments.•Create, manage and/or update spreadsheets utilized to support payments or tracking of manual adjustments and/or processes required to support management of business operations.•Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance (review) of processes and procedures.•Complete Quality or peer review of compensation calculations and/or payment files etc, as required
