Operations Management-Work with senior staff to update general internal procedures, processes, and templates to facilitate SIF program implementation-Encourage consistent intra-staff communications and planning through retreats, meetings and written materials-Coordinate with NEO legal department and Grants Manager to ensure consistent legal compliance-Provide supervision and mentorship for SIF’s Operations Coordinator-Manage the SIF Operations Manual-Develop and manage SIF staff workflow tools, such as GANTT charts, to ensure proper workflow management and increase communication among all staff-Serve as liaison to NEO’s operations, Finance (including attending monthly collaborative meeting), HR and Communications team. Ensuring that new information is being shared to SIF team and implemented on new processes-Manage, review and process approved payment requests and consultant contracts-Work with Operations Coordinator to plan meetings/convenings—organize SIF Steering Committee meeting logistics, agendas, presentations and materials, and plan logistics for the annual Voting Rights Convening. Budget & Finances-Monitor SIF annual budget and cash flow with Vice President, Development staff and NEO Finance Team-Develop and improve procedures for better tracking of finances and grantmaking-Manage expense report and reimbursement processes DEI Operations-Ensures the work of SIF is coordinated with the DEI work of the overall organization-Serves on NEO’s Equity Leadership Group (ELG)-Manages DEI consultancies and team and program activities-Revise internal and external documents including staffing charts, SIF information sheet and reporting formats
