Building and leading a global team of mid-senior level copywriters and content managers, I helped launch and now manage a global digital hub serving 34 countries. In just four years the hub has attracted over five million page views, delighting hundreds of clients and stakeholders, as well as simplifying HR for over employees. I direct five core work streams - including the migration and decommissioning of cross-platform content - planning, hiring and managing resource to ensure we work efficiently as a team. From plotting the search strategy and setting a brand-friendly tone, to hiring and managing copywriters, governing content guidelines, defining BAU processes, customising our AEM CMS, localising content, smoke testing and writing UX copy, I\'m a producer, leader, quality assurer, publisher, mentor and creator rolled into one.
