I build learning that moves the business.I am a Learning and Development leader and learning business partner with 15 plus years of experience designing, scaling, and evaluating learning solutions that strengthen performance, accelerate onboarding, and build leadership capability. My background spans technology, manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, consulting, and professional services, which helps me see both strategic workforce needs and the practical interventions that drive measurable behavior change.Through my work as a Corporate Facilitator with Catapult Employers Association, an HR membership organization serving more than 2,300 employers, I deliver in-person and virtual workshops on leadership, inclusion and belonging, hybrid work, Gen Z in the workplace, intergenerational collaboration, and HR compliance for companies across manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and municipal government. I help teams recognize and leverage different communication styles, skill sets, and experiences so employees at every career stage feel valued and able to contribute. Seeing many different organizations each month has given me a front row seat to how different leaders tackle the same challenges and what separates average learning from learning that actually sticks.I believe learning should lift low performers and also stretch high performers who are already excelling. The goal is not just to fix problems, but to prepare people for bigger roles, stronger KPIs, and the next level of contribution.What I do: Diagnose capability gaps and design targeted learning strategies that align with business priorities. Build blended learning journeys and onboarding programs for front-line, technical, sales, and leadership roles. Design and facilitate interactive learning, in person and virtually, grounded in adult learning principles and application. Use AI tools and learning analytics to modernize content, personalize experiences, and demonstrate impact.What I am looking for:I am seeking a corporate Learning and Development role where I can operate as a strategic partner to the business, build scalable learning programs, and support leadership capability. I am open to a variety of industries, especially manufacturing and technology, and I am comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments where cross-functional collaboration is essential. Open to domestic and international travel up to 60 percent of the time.
