ABOUT SALLY EVANS
I am an experienced Project and Change Lead with over a decade of experience in IT & system application delivery. I have worked on transformational and technical initiatives of all sizes, from initial proposal through to service transition. This includes the divestment of National Grid\'s gas distribution business from cradle to grave, the set up of the new company\'s IT function, applications and environment (at Cadent Gas), as well as several SAP programmes. With a background in managing back office and finance teams at highly regulated FTSE100 utility companies, I understand how business functions work in a complex corporate environment. I excel at bringing together technical and non-technical teams to achieve a successful outcome. I encourage collaborative ways of working, confidently engaging stakeholders at all levels. Partnering with well-known IT Service Providers, including WIPRO, HCL and TCS, has made me an expert at maintaining strong vendor and third-party commercial relationships, as well as managing global teams. I am certified in a variety of programme, project and change techniques (waterfall, agile, hybrid, continuous improvement) and call on previous experience to tailor them appropriately. Pursuing a creative writing degree, my communication skills, already strong, improve daily. I am confident in my ability to hit the ground running. I am comfortable using Microsoft Office, MS Project and PPM software, as well as Teams, Visio, Trello, MS Access and SAP, amongst others. I have also expanded my knowledge of Atlassian products and GenAI tooling. I am quick to learn and adapt to new tools. I am always happy to coach others in their use and enjoy learning from them in turn.If you\'d like to find out more about me, check out the recommendations on my profile as well as my posts. I don\'t post often, but try to give some idea of who I am and how I work when doing so.
