I\'m passionate about brands and retail and how they can succeed in today\'s marketplaces by blending data with creativity. For the past 15 yearsI\'ve worked with Amazon as both a Vendor and Seller in the U.S, Amazon Europe and Amazon Japan. I\'ve sourced and developed private-label products in multiple product categories including toys, housewares, pet products, and cosmetics. I recently wrote a book to help businesses and individuals start working with Amazon in an easy-to-follow guide. Prior to this phase of my career, I sold data, databases and analytical tools to many Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, Patagonia, Staples, J.Crew, and Time Warner. It was invaluable experience working with Epsilon, Experian and Abacus (now Publicis). I spent a couple years working in the UK launching Club Canvasse, a data cooperative now holding over 17 million consumers for multi-channel customer retention and acquisition. I developed a greater understanding of privacy issues that the US still needs to catch up on.
