ABOUT SALLY FRASER

I am a highly motivated and focused Project Manager with 2 years current practical experience delivering projects to create World class interiors for ships in the Cruise, Ferry and Defence sectors. As 1 of 4 women on a Product Design Engineering degree at the University of Northumbria I have been keen to prove myself in leadership roles. My acknowledged communication and organisational skills have combined with my ability to build collaborative relationships with my customers in achieving successful outcomes on my projects. Working with people constructively is a strong skill that I have developed throughout my career. Regardless of the industry, good teamwork, and consequently leadership, comes from clear communication, respect and a solid plan. I am passionate about developing my career and following recent success in the APM Practitioner exam I am now keen to continue to progress towards reaching chartered Project Manager status. I already have an excellent network of contacts within the marine industry and am now seeking to expand that both across my current sector and into land based industries.Whilst fully engaged with my current employer and relishing the responsibility of leading large project teams on site, I am always interested to expand my network. I am very happy and willing to make new connections on Linked in and look forward to hearing from anyone who wishes to discuss potential opportunities and future prospects.
