Update: My role expanded to include customer service for the Farmers brand effective 5/13/24. So now I have both the agent and customer service operations, with new title Head of Farmers Service Operations.I became Head of Farmers Agent Service Operations in May 2022 following 2 years as Head of Foremost Specialty & Bristol West Service. These executive leadership roles in operations were preceded by a range of experiences from my first Farmers job as a file clerk, to building an agency from the ground up, to recruiting & training Farmers agents on behalf of District Managers, to 5 director-level operations roles in various brands and functions (with a lot of roles & assignments along the way).
