At the beginning of 2026 Beacon Rail acquired Eversholt Rail, boosting capacity for long term investments in fleet modernisation, decarbonisation, and sustainable rail transport across Europe. Our combined teams have embarked on the exciting challenge of integrating systems and processes. We are taking this opportunity to select best practice and streamline for improved efficiency. It takes me back to 2010 when I was in a similar position separating HR and IT from HSBC to create a \"sale-ready\" standalone Eversholt Rail.
