An Independent Consultant and Project Manager employed to develop and deliver a skills solution for a large multi-national business, mapped against eligible funding and to manage the ‘draw-down’ process, including; the mapping and development of a Skills Plan and subsequent delivery of over 150 specialised courses, by over 40 different HE, FE, HEI and Private training providers for over employees and contractors. This project saw the successful unification of public and private partners to agree upon a skills strategy and delivery solution and the employment and execution of a clear and concise communications strategy at every stage/level. I possess a wealth of experience of stakeholder engagement; working with private, public and third sector partners to facilitate and negotiate a cohesive and coordinated partnership approach.
