I am the global lead for procurement and management of outside counsel, specifically for e-billing and legal spend optimization across US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, including diversity, equity and inclusion of our firms globally. I manage our data analytics and MI solution, tracking performance and KPI’s. I am responsible for management of the International legal department’s operations function, which includes outside counsel spend, budgeting and legal tech. I lead on change management, process efficiency, systems and user experience for new ways of working and cost and resource management. I collaborate with other departments and lead on system design, deployment and user adoption across all our international legal businesses (36 countries). Systems change projects to date include Office 365, DocuSign, DMS cloud solutions, iManage integration together with in-house bespoke and knowledge management dashboards and web creation.
