Director responsible for the provision of Building Surveying services, including Asset management advice, condition surveys and reports, defects analysis, statutory compliance, feasibility studies, design and specification, contract administration and Landlord and Tenant services. With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, I have significant experience in the provision of Building Surveying services and leading project teams to ensure successful client delivery, developing strong working relationships with clients and contractors, including understanding and developing client’s requirements and business needs.I have worked with a number of clients locally and nationally, in both the Public and Private sectors, providing multi-disciplinary services, including: Building Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration Services.I was RICS Matrics UK Chairman and RICS Governing Council member for 2014 – 2015 and have been active at a local and national level for over ten years. I have also recently acted as an RICS Awards judge for the East Midlands region ‘residential category’ in 2014 and 2016.
