Hi! I’m Sally.I’m a spirited, highly driven, and people-focused HR professional at ExxonMobil. I partner with my Midstream business leaders to drive talent strategy, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure strong execution of our employee development cycle (performance assessment, career planning, skills assessments).After graduating in 2020, I moved to Houston, Texas to start my career at ExxonMobil in a data analytics role. I later supported the Low Carbon Solutions organization, enabling our first-ever low carbon projects across the globe by delivering scalable and robust IT solutions.
