About Sally Sloan

I am a program manager and user experience strategist. My roots are in operational excellence, and as a result, my core superpower is the ability to problem solve at a microscopic level while still maintaining a big picture view. Specifically, simple solutions with big impact. I lead with empathy, make decisions based on data and cross-org impact, and find trust-building and transparency to be key to the work I do. Success, to me, is customer and user satisfaction.My sweet spot is working as a conduit between research, design/UX & engineering/product. I scope out the opportunity and problem areas, partnering with experts to define the work and possibilities, running programs and new product experiences end-to-end, from inception to launch and continued evolution. What makes me special? When it comes to chaos and clutter, I lean in. I’m no stranger to ambiguity, in fact, I expect it. I’m a problem solver who learns quickly and trusts my gut.
