Solutions Director at Maxtime | Practical problem-solver | Wears many hats (so our clients don’t have to)I help our clients get clear, honest answers and make sure things work the way they’re supposed to.As Head of Sales at Maxtime, I do a bit of everything. Yes, I handle sales, but I’m also involved in onboarding, operations, client support, product feedback and occasionally stepping in wherever there’s a gap. It means I stay close to the detail and make sure our clients always have a direct line to someone who actually understands how things work.I don’t believe in pushy sales or empty promises. I focus on helping people figure out what they actually need, how to make the most of our system and what’s realistic based on the way their teams really work.What makes Maxtime different? We listen. We adapt and we genuinely care about solving the everyday problems Ops, HR, and Payroll teams face, especially the ones other systems tend to ignore.
