An experienced Business Psychologist and consultant, currently completing the Stage 2 Qualification to become a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. My career to date has taught me so much about the complex world of work and I am privileged to say that I get to make a difference in this world through my work. I am passionate about using psychology to help people in the workplace. I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations both in the public sector and private sector. I have experience in consulting in development and selection projects. My passion for people has helped me support organisations in a variety of ways, from implementing robust and inclusive recruitment processes to delivering world class development initiatives for teams, individuals and leaders.
