I joined BPF in 2005 as a senior accountant in the Audit & Accounting and Tax departments. Later I was promoted to manager and was responsible for services such as employee benefit audits, reviews and compilations, and providing tax services for our various agricultural, manufacturing and service companies located within the San Joaquin Valley. Being in a unique positiion of knowing our Firm\'s culture, people, as well as our clients, I have taken on a different leadership role and have transitioned into the Director of Human Resources position. I am now responsible for personnel issues including scheduling, recruiting, retention and continuing education. I am inspired by my faith and family and I love my work, in large part, because of the most down-to-earth, brilliant, and funny co-workers and clients I am blessed to work with every day.
