I am a Non-Executive Director of Hafren Dyfrydwy Ltd, the Welsh subsidiary of FTSE 100 Severn Trent Plc, formed following the 2017 acquisition of Dee Valley Water Ltd and the devolution of water matters in the Wales Act 2017. The company serves 220k retail and non-household customers in mid and North Wales with water and waste services. Since its inception the Regulated Capital Value (RCV) of the company has grown by £46m (64%) from £72m to £118m, a RORE of 9.9%, having invested £30m in the 20••••24 regulatory period. Sector leading further RCV growth of 52% to £247m is planned in the next 20••••29 regulatory period. I serve on the Board and NomCo, and Chair the Audit and Risk Co.
