ABOUT SALLY JEFFCOAT

Sally Jeffcoat is retired EVP of Growth, Strategy and Innovation of Trinity Health and formerly served as Trinity\'s EVP West-Midwest Group spanning 9 states, 47 hospitals and employees. Sally also served previously as CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health system in Idaho/Oregon. Trinity Health is one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery system in the nation, serving diverse communities that include more than 30 million people across 22 states. Trinity includes 92 hospitals, 100 continuing care locations, senior living facilities and home care and hospice services. During Jeffcoat\'s tenure in both operations and growth leader, Trinity\'s operating revenues grew from 12 Billion to its current operating revenues of 18.8 billion. Spanning a 35 year career, Jeffcoat held regionally based health system CEO roles with large scale organizations including Ascension Health, CHRISTUS Health and HCA. As a nurse executive, she is known as a strategic and operating executive working collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to continuously improve performance and build a culture of clinical excellence in each community. Ms. Jeffcoat currently serves as an advisor/board member to Tiber Health, Medical Solutions, and to Press Ganey. Jeffcoat holds a Bachelors and Masters of Nursing from the University of Texas. She was awarded the Modern Healthcare Top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare.
