ABOUT SALLY HANNA
As a former GP, my decision to leave medicine after 17 years of service was not an easy one. However, not being able to give either my patients or my family the personal time they deserved was soul-destroying. Training as a performance coach has allowed me to redirect my unique set of skills towards a different passion - developing others - especially women.In this fast-moving digital age of high expectations, performance coaching is a wonderful safe haven and an opportunity for pure ‘me time’. A performance coach is to your mind what a personal trainer is to your body, but with potentially far more wide-reaching and long-term benefits. Imagine an uninterrupted hour to yourself to verbalise, challenge and reorganise your thoughts, and then coming away with an achievable, exciting and empowering action plan that moves you closer to where you want to be.Having listened to the dying and incapacitated regrets of others, I am motivated by the desire to help women lead happy and purposeful lives which are true to themselves, reflect their potential and do not compromise those they love.
