Community mental health agency that provides individual/family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication management to children and their families-Maintain a caseload of 25 weekly clients providing individual and family therapy for children and adolescents that are 3-21 years old, responsibilities for caseload include-Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments which includes: assessing clients’ needs, interpreting nature of psychiatric/behavioral health conditions, formulating proper diagnosis and prescribing course of treatment-Create individual treatment plans with measurable goals that provide interventions that best meet the family’s identified long term goals-Collaborate with all relevant and related community providers/agencies/schools in order to support assessment, treatment, service planning, and discharge-Maintain clinical records including clinical notes and other collateral information into the agency’s electronic medical record (EMR) system-As part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with members of the psychiatric team as well as other clinicians and administrative staff-Develop and facilitate social skills group for elementary aged girls-Field instructor for two MSW students which duties include: clinical supervision weekly, review and revisions of all clinical document, management of schedule and tasks
