Continuing to lead the People Services/Shared Service function with the addition of being HR Director for Corporate Support functions to the Group (Finance, IT, CoSec, Property). Role is broadened to increase the effectiveness and collaboration of our Shared Business Support functions with our business units, with the business outcome at the forefront. Inclusive of Wellbeing as the underpin to the functional and strategic plan and delivery. Following the demerger of Wickes and sale of our P&H businesses, successfully lead the Corporate restructure programmes and impact on operating models relating to Transition of Services without any disruption to business service levels. Corporate Support function responsibility has facilitated a renewed focus on building capability and Talent and succession identification.
