As an accredited coach, trainer, coach supervisor, facilitator and careers consultant, I have a proven track record of designing and delivering solutions for clients from all walks of life. With thirty years\' experience of supporting professionals from a wide variety of sectors, it is also a real joy to work with Medical Professionals and in Higher Education supporting Researchers to thrive in their chosen fields.I love helping individuals to flourish by making informed and considered life/career choices. I am pragmatic and down to earth, with a passion for supporting clients to make positive change, grow in their careers, develop emotional agility and maximise potential.I utilise research from neuroscience and positive psychology in my support for others. I am passionate about equipping clients to strengthen their emotional intelligence to make a difference for themselves and those they walk through life with. I work face to face, delivering workshops and 1:1 coaching and also provide online, virtual sessions for individuals via Zoom.Provide coaching for professionals seeking support with any aspect of their career and how this interplays with wider life. I also offer outplacement help for people who have been made redundant.Current projects:Ways to notice and process stress - via Zoom - Interactive coaching based sessions for Doctors returning to work. Work as an associate with the Supported Return To Training (SuppoRTT) Faculty.Overcoming Imposter Feelings - Interactive Zoom workshops for Clinicians and NHS Staff across the UK. Also created sessions for Training Programme Directors, Medical Educators and Educational Supervisors.Growing Emotional Intelligence & Agility webinars to help professionals in the workplace understand what EQ is and how to hone it.PGR & Post Doc coaching & facilitation. Design & deliver various career related sessions to meet the needs of clients. I\'m a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and am an accredited Executive Coach. I hold the following professional qualifications: Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) with BeAbove Leadership. ILM level 7 qualification in Coaching Supervision, OCR level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development, MCIPD - HR and L&D, NLP Master & Business Practitioner, BA Hons Social Science (Psychology and Sociology), Newcastle College Life Coaching Certificate.
