Seattle has been home for 30+ years, and my career has always centered on building and growing businesses. After founding and leading two companies (Waywords, a brand consultancy) and Oiselle (a women’s sports brand), I experienced firsthand how complex — and emotional — it can be to sell a company you’ve built from scratch.Today, as a Business Broker at IBA, I help founders and owners across industries — from construction and commercial services to e-commerce brands and event production companies — plan and execute successful exits. I regularly complete transactions in the $1–5 million range, and I’m passionate about making the process clear, strategic, and rewarding.
