I have a proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business in order to understand business drivers, goals and requirements. I have a Continual Service Improvement focus to my professional practice and put forward and implement suggestions to improve both practice and process to drive forward positive business outcomes. I have a proven track record of working with a variety of stakeholders, including delivery teams, external clients, security professionals as well as internal and customer teams.
