I am an experienced manager who with has held many management roles within BT & Openreach, both leading large operational teams and also heading up large people change projects. I now work in HR leading on early careers for Openreach. I look after all graduate & apprenticeship programmes within the organisation.I\'m a people person who creates an envoronment which enables personal development & growth.Key SkillsProject management - bringing the right people together to deliver & embed change within large organisationsPeople Management/Leadership – I gain my teams confidence, and make people want to go above and beyond for me as a manager and the business. I utilise coaching, mentoring and Performance Management to enable them to challenge themselves which in turn will improve their performance deliver results for the business unit.Building/Maintaining Relationships – I build strong relationships with everyone I work with by tailoring my approach to the individuals I’m dealing with, using professionalism and sometimes a touch of humour to engage with all of my stakeholders.Flexibility – I always work in a flexible manner, I have worked in fast paced changing environments for the majority of my career.Customer Focus – I always have the customer experience in mind when dealing with any roles I have worked in, both internal or external, whether that be in training design/delivery, process efficiencies or quality.
