I am a senior investor relations (IR) and communications professional with 15+ years of experience working with TSX, NYSE and LSE listed companies. I support management teams in communicating key corporate and strategic events to investors, analysts and other capital market professionals, and I measure the effectiveness of these efforts to inform and improve future strategies.As an independent consultant, I work along side management teams, operational heads and Boards to: draft key messages, news releases, annual reports, investor presentations, etc; coordinate earnings conference calls, roadshows and AGMs; develop IR plans; and keep analysts and investors updated on events that impact the company.I excel at identifying and incorporating IR best practices and I feel personal and professional enjoyment in planning and leading strategic IR projects.
