I make immature agile teams perform and I make mature agile teams conquer. I will join you and your team, your department, your organisation wherever you are on your journey. As an agile practitioner, I will help make sense of complex delivery landscapes, discuss options and map out routes towards solid agile practices and principles. I will work with you and your teams on the journey together at your pace, never ahead and never behind. I am a seasoned and experienced consultant, guide and coach for Scrum, Safe, Scrum@Scale and Kanban. Through thorough research and limitless experimentation, I have been able to catapult performance of a myriad of agile teams by optimising productivity, cost, efficiency, stability, speed to market, customer satisfaction and innovation. Combining a deep understanding of Agile & DevOps theory and practice and with over 20 years of experience in IT and digital roles, I successfully implement Agile into major corporates. Most recently, I have executed an industry-leading transformation for 6 digital teams within Shell by using a mix of frameworks including Safe, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, and vanilla scrum. My expertise includes: STRATEGY & THOUGHT-LEADERSHIP I work closely with business leaders, guiding them to firmly embed Agile and DevOps teams and practices into complex organisations that deliver transformative improvements at a commercial and operational level. As an industry thought-leader, I am heavily invested in new technologies, including blockchain and AI. TRANSFORMATION & COACHING | ONSHORE & OFFSHORE I have worked very closely with leadership and teams to deliver pragmatic and highly effective coaching reducing the transition time for teams moving from traditional project methodologies into a high performing Agile & DevOps space.
