Today, that responsibility spans a nationwide network supporting more than 132 million customers, where reliability and efficiency matter as much as innovation.I have led across the full lifecycle of network leadership, from defining radio technology strategy and advancing 5G and 5G Advanced with global partners, to executing large-scale network build, operations, and integration. This perspective connects long-term technology direction with field execution so innovation shows up where customers experience it.A defining element of my approach is Customer Driven Coverage. They have supported T-Mobile being recognized as the Best Network in the industry by multiple independent third-party benchmarks. They have enabled Consumer growth through expanded rural coverage. They have powered T-Mobile for Business solutions such as T-Priority, designed for first responders, where network slicing is programmed to deliver mission-critical service and priority performance for public safety. The same network slicing capabilities support mission-critical demands at major live events, including Formula 1 in Las Vegas and MLB private network deployments, enabling reliable high-quality video and protected operational traffic. They have also underpinned strong Fixed Wireless growth.I have played an active role in large-scale network integration, including Sprint previously and U.S. Cellular more recently, integrating the right assets, decommissioning duplicative infrastructure efficiently, and minimizing customer disruption.The objective is clear: operate the most advanced and reliable network in the industry, and convert network leadership into long-term value.
