Manage product life-cycles for the Beta LaserMike portfolio to optimize revenue growth, product vitality index and profitability while simultaneously maximizing customer retention and gain new market shares-Manage and implement product vision, product launch, go to market, product rationalization, strategic action plan, market analysis, product road maps, business cases, sales and marketing strategies that support entire product life-cycles-Lead global cross-functional team including Service, R&D, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Supply Chain to drive market acceptance-Manage global pricing in order to support maximum total margin, price realization, profitability & growth in Americas EMEA and APAC-Work with the Leadership Team to ensure the highest priority business performance opportunities and recommend and drive STRAP for new and existing market segments-Prioritize New Product Development Funnel and drive Voice of Customers (VOC), Stage Gate Process & Go to Market Plan-Identify and execute opportunities to grow sales through new third-party vendors/products, new product introduction, market expansion, technology infusion, and acquisition-Work closely with the Global Sales & Marketing Team by driving regional strategies and generate outbound messaging that will guide the development of value propositions, white papers, presentations and materials.
