With more than 25 years of management consulting and leadership experience, I specialize in helping organizations develop growth strategies, navigate complex transformations, develop innovative business models, and operationalize strategies that drive sustainable growth. My expertise spans strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, operational excellence, and digital transformation across global markets. As Managing Partner for Strategy, M&A, Transformation, and Thought Leadership, I lead initiatives and teams that shape the future of industries and enable clients to thrive in an era of rapid technological change. Throughout my career, I have advised numerous Fortune 500 companies across sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, managed care, and healthcare delivery. I set the strategy and lead the execution and integration of companies into IBM Consulting. Most recently I have led the acquisition of multiple companies for IBM Consulting, including Accelalpha, AST, SiXworks, and Hakkoda, to name a few. I also oversee IBM’s Institute for Business Value (IBV), a globally recognized thought leadership organization ranked #1 in quality by Source Global. Under my leadership, IBV delivers evidence-based insights that empower business leaders to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the AI-driven economy. We do this by surveying and interviewing executives every year and creating 120 research reports that feature important business insights on the topics that matter most to our clients. Our thought leadership expertise has earned IBV the top spot in the annual global assessment of thought leadership producers and three consecutive gold Stevies in the International Business Awards for the advancement in thought leadership, along with numerous other awards.
