PROJECTS COORDINATION AND SUPPORT- Manage new projects and project changes through assessments with internal project teams worldwide (global manufacturing sites, R&D, Quality, project managers) to determine what testing needs to beaccomplished to meet specific regulations for the designated marketplace- Provide safety specifications to consider for raw materials sourcing- Coordinate the necessary testing with external laboratories and consultants to meet manufacturing deadlines- Communicate the results of the testing to the various teams and provide support- Define and follow the corrective action plan to put in place in case of non-compliancy- Create and follow the annual control plan on the portfolio- Build and Follow the budget accordingly• BUILD & MANAGE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION AND DATA- Maintain an internal documentation library for electronic filing, tracking test results for trend analysis, and product changes- Continuous improvement effort of updatingtracking systems by looking for gaps and creating new procedures to guarantee efficiency- Creation of technical mandatory file per product such as product technical files and MSDS• COMMUNICATION- Notify, declare, register to various authorities, create and update compliance forms for the import/export of BIC products (declaration in poison center, SCIP.)- Monitor news updates from various regulatory sources, attend webinars and conferences calls pertaining to the industry and communicate applicable changes to internal team to determine if any action must be taken- Create General Conformity Certificates, manage the safety requests from the customers and consumers and give support in building argumentation to answeradvocacy group and authorities- Give also safety advices such as safety requirements for labelling, for supporting a claim, for quality control and train internal Bic teams on safety topics (legal,Factories, R&D, quality, Supply.)
