About Salim Mulla
Around 9.6 years of experience in Automotive CAE Domain. Handling responsibility of CAE Project Leader of IP, Door panels & Center consoles which includes entire simulation scope for Crash, Durability & NVH simulations. Working experience of different Crash simulation activities for ECE & FMVSS regulations for Automotive Interior (IP, DP, CC). Expertise in Automotive Interior model building for crash analysis and simulations like Head Impact, Pedestrian Impact, Knee Impact, Side Impact and Side intrusion. Experienced in correlation of CAE results with physical test data. Experience of Static simulations like Structural Rigidity analysis, Abuse load cases, Stiffness sensitivity analysis and optimization simulations on Interior. Active participation in the Methodology and Guidelines preparation with the team in France and implementation. Submitted Four Patent Invention to Faurecia patent time. All are in discussion to proceed further. Good proficiency of CAE tools like Lsdyna, Pamcrash & Hyperworks. Presently working in Faurecia Automotive Interior Solutions, Pune as CAE Team Lead.
