Moved to Telecom industry (BT) in 2015. Responsible for the reporting of the AMEA Region(APAC,Middle East and Africa), Review of Cash, Capex, Contract Accounting, Balance sheet and Internal Controls within the region. Led the Finance function of ALSTOM in India when it decided to roll-out Rail Transport Busineeses in India from Worked with the group for 20 years. This involved Manufacturing, Engineering and Project execution. Latest development has been setting-up of new facility for manufacturing of metro coaches and incorporation of new legal entity and its funding. This is tender based business which requires ability to anticipate the entire busniess cycle. I have gone thru the complete cycle in many contracts from the stage of issue of tenders to its award, execution, completion of warranty obligations and its closure. Execution of many contracts have given me exposure of different aspects of many businesses. In the past, I have managed plant accounts and MIS of a joint venture company between Samtel group and Corning Inc. USA for more than 3 years. Acquired the accounting skills by working in various deptts like Payables, Works Accounts, Finalisation and Compilation of accounts, Banking, Sales Accounts of a Public Sector Company, Bharat Electronics Limited.
