About Salika Mehta
As the Co-Founder of Foxvolt, I am passionate about creating a meaningful impact in the environment and society. Foxvolt is a startup that aims to build and scale reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, addressing the growing demand and challenges in the EV market. I leverage my education and experience as a psychologist and a project manager in the development sector to design and implement effective strategies for Foxvolt. I have a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mithibai College, and I have completed summer courses in Psychology and Environmental Sciences at Yale University. I apply my skills and knowledge in consumer psychology, research, and leadership to understand the needs and preferences of EV users and stakeholders, and to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also manage the strategic initiatives and partnerships of Foxvolt, working with various organizations, investors, and government agencies to secure funding, support, and collaboration for our projects. Prior to Foxvolt, I was the Program Leader of the Strategic Initiatives Group in the CEO\'s Office at Piramal Foundation, where I led and executed multiple high-impact projects in the fields of education, health, and livelihood. I also gained valuable experience in capacity building, corporate volunteering, and social entrepreneurship from my previous roles at Social Lens and toolbox INDIA Foundation.
